FOR NEW & EXISTING CUSTOMERS


  • Please send the orders through email to art@rapidcs.in
  • Send the complete company information with the order (For New Customers)
  • You will receive response immediately, either it may be a acknowledgement or Quote
  • Orders will be processed rapidly and send back to client through email or FTP
  • If any errors detected by customers it will be immediately rectified in a rapid time
  • Customers can pay through PayPal or Cheque

For Large Volume of orders we will provide FTP login as per client request

 Workflow

FOR CLIENT´S USING FTP LOGIN


  • Client upload the orders to a designated FTP site
  • Designated Supervisor will download the orders from FTP site and delegates those orders to specific designers
  • After the completion of orders it goes to Quality Check Person, once the Quality check done completed files will be uploaded to the concern FTP site and intimated to client through email or phone
  • Client can download the completed orders from the designated FTP site
  • If any errors detected by customers it will be immediately rectified in a rapid time
  • Clients can pay through PayPal or Check
